up to october 13th, china energy’s yanbao energy co., ltd. has cumulatively completed over 83,843 car-loading tests with china's first "locomotive-linkage full-process intelligent loading system," transporting more than 5.36 million tons of coal. the system has thus reached a new level of advancement.
the image shows the locomotive-linkage full-process intelligent loading system undergoing a trial run.
the system comprises four subsystems: the locomotive automatic driving system, the loading equipment automatic start-stop system, the carriage information intelligent acquisition system, and the intelligent loading system. each subsystem complements each other, utilizing intelligent multi-dimensional information collection of the vehicle to automatically monitor the carriage type, carriage damage, bottom residue, and uneven loading situations, ensuring transportation safety and realizing fully automated, unmanned start-up throughout the entire process. this marks the first domestic application of locomotive automatic driving and intelligent remote-control technology. by adding auxiliary control equipment to the locomotive and transforming ground equipment, the system achieves fully automatic driving and remote-control functions during the coal loading process.
currently, the system has achieved routine operation of fully unattended intelligent loading throughout the entire process. through intelligent upgrading and transformation, the rate of uneven loading has been reduced from the original 1.5% to the current 0.87%, a decrease of 42%. the average time spent on secondary handling of uneven loads for each train carriage has been reduced by about 30 minutes, improving loading efficiency by 15%. the application of the system has reduced the labor intensity of workers, solved problems such as uneven loading and frequent spillage of materials, and fundamentally enhanced the quality and safety of the loading process.
