on october 24th, china energy launched the fourth batch of 37 key power projects with a total investment of 126 billion yuan. these projects include large-scale wind and solar bases, offshore photovoltaics, advanced combustion turbines, and clean and efficient coal-fired projects. among them, there are 27 new energy projects with a total installed capacity of 13.07 million kilowatts, and clean energy investment accounts for more than 60%.

the projects launched this time have distinctive features of being clean, green, low-carbon, and have prominent demonstration significance. among them, the 2-million-kilowatt photovoltaic project in ningxia zhongwei phase ii is a key supporting project of the "ningxia power entering hunan" project, which is the country's first ultra-high voltage transmission channel mainly for developing desert photovoltaic large bases and transmitting new energy. the 3-million-kilowatt photovoltaic project in ordos coal mining subsidence area, the 2 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in lingwu, the 1 million kilowatt wind and solar project in hami, and the 600,000 kilowatt wind power project in bor tohai are the second batch of large-scale wind and solar projects in the “shagehuang (desert, wasteland, barren area)”, which are also important green energy sources for "west-to-east power transmission". the 1 million kilowatt offshore photovoltaic project in dongying is the country's first gigawatt-level large-capacity offshore photovoltaic project entering the implementation stage. the integrated 400,000 kilowatt photovoltaic-hydrogen storage project in rudong, jiangsu is a key project of the third batch of large bases in the country. the 11 wind power projects in henan, liaoning, heilongjiang, guangxi, and gansu, as well as the 9 photovoltaic projects in xinjiang, guizhou, yunnan, and anhui, are all important measures for the state energy group's green and low-carbon transformation.
