on may 23, china electricity council completed the appraisal of the 鈥淚nnovative management and practice of data security in new energy enterprises based on flc-soc coupling鈥?sci-tech project of china longyuan power group under china energy. an appraisal committee composed of seven organizations including china national industrial information security development research center agreed that the project has made a breakthrough in building a standardized system of innovative data security management for new energy enterprises, bringing remarkable social and economic benefits as a project at the world-leading level in the field of new energy.

in the efforts to achieve the 鈥渃arbon emission peak and carbon neutrality鈥?goals and digital transformation, data security management serves as an important guarantee for new energy enterprises to realize digital upgrading and high quality and rapid development. therefore, on the basis of extensive investigations and practices, the company has built a 鈥渇ive-in-one鈥?data security management framework for new energy enterprises based on full data coverage, whole process standardization, all-staff participation, all-level synergy, and the entire life cycle management and control. besides, a data security situation awareness and emergency response mechanism has been established with data classification and grading standards as the core that feature key standards for six phases of data life cycle, thus establishing a theory and methodology system of data security management for new energy enterprises in an innovative, scientific and systematic manner.
at present, the project has delivered two utility model patents, one industrial standard, four scientific papers and one monograph. these innovative outcomes have solved the problems of large wind power enterprises like longyuan power, and greatly improved the comprehensive data security management level of china鈥檚 new energy industry.
