the first solar matrix of the coal-fired and photovoltaic integrated power generation project in yongfu power plant under the guangxi branch of china energy was connected to the grid for operation on december 19, marking a 鈥渂reakthrough鈥?nbsp;made by the power plant in photovoltaic power generation and a solid step taken by the guangxi branch towards green, low-carbon energy development.
as the first photovoltaic power project planned and constructed by the guangxi branch, it involves various forms of construction models including centralized ground photovoltaic power generation, rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation, and parking lot and charging pile photovoltaic power generation. the project covers an area of more than 65 hectares, with an installed capacity of 45mv. after put into operation, it is expected to generate electricity of 44.85 million kwh each year, saving 14,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon emissions by 39,000 tons. besides benefiting the environment, it will substantially optimize the local power supply structure and lay a solid foundation for creating a wind, photovoltaic, coal-fired, and hydrogen integrated energy base in guangxi zhuang autonomous region.
