on may 26, china energy investment corporation and shanxi provincial people鈥檚 government signed a strategic cooperation agreement in taiyuan, capital of shanxi province. chairman wang xiangxi and president liu guoyue of china energy and shanxi provincial governor lin wu attended the signing ceremony and exchanged views on deepening cooperation.
according to the agreement, the two sides will leverage their respective advantages to carry out all-round, extensive, and multi-level cooperation on industrial chains and technological innovation in coal-based energy, new and renewable energy, ecological environmental protection, and other sectors, so as to jointly make new contributions to safeguarding national energy security and achieving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
